On the 1st floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with double bed and TV, a full bathroom (shower and toilet), and a portico. The rear terrace offers a washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an area for coffee in the shade.

It is located 1KM (12 mins walk) from Ocotal beach and Gringo beach. These beaches are reassuringly calm and soothing, as they are secluded and 3 KM from the more lively town and Coco beach. At Ocotal beach, you'll find brown volcanic sand, clear warm water, a diversity of flora and fauna, fishing and rental activities, as well as Father Rooster's, a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the beach, live music and a varied menu.

Pura Vida Apartments is one condo site among 3 others. It comprises a community of 32 condos, most of them owned by Canadians, Quebecers and Americans. Some are retirees who live here 5 or 6 months a year. The community is peaceful, welcoming and very helpful. They'll be happy to advise you on what to do in the area, popular markets or favorite restaurants for locals and visitors alike. They might even invite you to the pool for an aperitif.
